FABBRI GROUP notifies you that your personal data will be used,by paper and/or electronic formalities, exclusively for the sending of literature and promotional material about Fabbri Group products. The conferment of your data is obligatory. If you don't give us your data it will not be possible to receive our material.Your personal data  will be treated by the deputies of the Sales Managment to the running of the Data Base. When completing the registration form, it is compulsory to provide personal details in the fields appearing in red otherwise no agreement can be entered into between you and this facility; on the contrary the provision of data is merely optional in the spaces not appearing in red.
No data gathered, whether compulsory or optional, shall be made available to third parties unless your explicit consent has been given.
In all circumstances you may exercise your rights as laid down by art. 7 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003, which is given below in full to provide you with clear and complete information; the person in charge of processing personal data is the legal representative of this business as well as the person responsible for data being processed.
The processing of personal details referred to herein is carried out in respect of the fundamental rights and freedom as well as the dignity of the parties concerned, particularly regarding confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal details. We ensure a high level of protection of these rights and freedom with regard to the principles of simplification, harmonisation and effectiveness of the methods provided for you to exercise such rights as well as for the person responsible to fulfil his obligations.
Art. 7 leg. decree. no. 196/03 "Right of access to personal data and other rights"

1. The party concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if this has not yet been registered, which must be communicated in a form that is easily understandable.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain information regarding:
 a) the source of the personal details;
 b) the purpose for and way in which they are processed;
 c) the logic applied when using electronic instruments to process them;
 d) the identification details of the person in charge, person responsible and representative designated in accordance with article 5, comma 2;
 e) the subjects or categories to which the personal details may be made available or to whose knowledge they may come in the capacity of representatives designated within State territory, persons responsible or appointed.
3. The party concerned has the right to obtain:
 a) the updating, amendment, or when it is in his interest, integration of data
 b) the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or suspension of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data has been gathered or subsequently processed;
 c) a declaration that the operations set out in letters a) and b) have been brought to the notice of those to whom the data has been communicated or divulged, with regard also to their contents, except for cases in which such fulfilment proves to be impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The party concerned has the right to oppose fully or partly:
 a) the processing of personal details that concern him/her for legitimate reasons, even though this may be relevant to the purpose for which the details have been gathered<
 b) the processing of personal details concerning him/her for the purposes of sending out advertising material or direct sales or for the carrying out of market research or business communications.
